Returns & Refunds

At Bel Bare & Fauun Haus, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Due to the nature of our items, we have a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in cases where products arrive faulty or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Clothing

  • All clothing items are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason.

  • If your clothing item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as required by law.

Books

  • Our books are printed on demand, meaning each order is created specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your book arrives with printing defects or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assess the issue.

Tarot Decks

  • Tarot decks are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive in a faulty or damaged condition.

  • If your tarot deck is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we comply with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases where:

  • The product has a major defect that cannot be repaired.

  • The product arrives in a damaged condition due to transit.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
